Solution – Please use the contact form and send us a message so we can work out shipping you a thumb drive with the Galaxy Drums Installer on it.

Answer – Due to the digital nature of our product and copy protection scheme, we do not offer refunds. However, we will work overtime to make sure you get the most out of our products should any issue arise. We pride ourselves on customer service and customer satisfaction.

Answer – We offer a 50% discount for educational purchases. This is valid for both faculty and students. To be eligible, you must be currently enrolled in a recording arts program or teaching a recording arts program. We require proof that you are either a teacher or student with a registered institution.

For students, please submit 1 of the following.

a) a school i.d. card

b) a school email (if you have one)

c) a contact at the institution so we can verify your enrollment.

For teachers, please submit 1 of the following

a) a paystub (with any personal info blacked out)

b) a school email (if you have one)

c) a contact at the institution so we can verify your status.

The educational discount is given at our discretion and we may ask for more identification if we are not satisfied with the above.

Answer – Due to the size of our product downloads we do not currently offer demo products.

Answer – If you wish to sell your licence we charge a $15 fee to cover account changeovers and associated download costs. This is above the $25 fee Pace charges to transfer the licence. Please use the contact page if you wish to transfer your licence.
